  In 1996, Li Táng lands one snowy night from Hong Kong at a cold desolate airport somewhere outside the U.S. Border. Li's arrival sparks interest with authorities because of his ties to a powerful Chinese criminal organization. 

Li will claim he's a tourist but unidentified sources say different.
